These Terms of Use constitute a living agreement between you and me regarding your access to and use of my digital presence and services. These terms apply to all visitors regardless of geographic location, though my primary operations are conducted within the Netherlands and my services are designed primarily for residents of the European Union.

This content is protected by Dutch and international intellectual property laws.

This license does not permit resale of content, commercial exploitation of materials, systematic data collection, or creation of derivative works without my express written permission.

Specifically prohibited activities include reproducing, distributing, displaying, or transmitting any content without authorization, framing or enclosing any trademark or logo without consent, using meta tags or hidden text containing my name or trademarks, and accessing the website through automated means such as bots or scrapers.

Your Conduct

Services and Scheduling

I offer various movement and wellness experiences including Movement Discovery Sessions, Lifestyle Architecture Programs, Group Workshops, and Workplace Wellness Programs. All offerings are subject to availability and require advance booking through my website contact forms or direct communication.

When booking services, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate information. Pricing is displayed in Euros (EUR) and includes applicable VAT unless otherwise stated. I reserve the right to modify pricing at any time, though confirmed bookings will be honored at the quoted price.

Payment terms vary by offering. Individual sessions require payment at booking. Monthly programs are billed in advance. Workshop fees are due upon registration. I accept bank transfers and major credit cards through secure processors. I do not store complete credit card information on my servers.

Cancellation Policy: You may cancel or reschedule appointments up to twenty-four hours before the scheduled time without penalty. Cancellations within twenty-four hours may incur a fee of up to fifty percent of the service price. No-shows will be charged the full fee. I understand that genuine emergencies occur and evaluate exceptional circumstances individually.

Refund policies vary by service. Discovery Sessions are non-refundable but may be rescheduled once within thirty days with forty-eight hours notice. Monthly programs may be paused for up to one month with thirty days notice. Workshop fees are refundable up to seven days before the event, after which they become non-refundable but may be transferred to a future date.

Governing Law

These Terms of Use and any dispute arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any legal proceeding arising from these terms shall be instituted exclusively in the courts of Amsterdam, Netherlands. However, I retain the right to bring proceedings against you in your country of residence. You waive any objections to jurisdiction or venue in such courts.

If any provision of these terms is held invalid, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. My failure to enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver of such right.

Communications

Visiting the website, sending emails, and completing forms constitute electronic communications. You consent to receive electronic communications from me, and you agree that all agreements, notices, and disclosures provided electronically satisfy any legal requirement that they be in writing.

You agree to the use of electronic signatures, contracts, and records, and to electronic delivery of notices and records of transactions. You waive any rights or requirements under any laws requiring original signatures or non-electronic records.

Termination

I reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the website immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including breach of these Terms of Use. If you wish to terminate your engagement, you may simply discontinue using the website or contact me to request removal of your information.

All provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability. I shall not be liable to you or any third party for any termination of your access.
